SARA VILA, domiciled at 245 Lago Zurich St., C.P. 11529, Colonia Ampliación Granada, Alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, Mexico, represented by SARA VILA VILA VILA, responsible for the collection of your personal data, the use given to them and their protection.

Your personal information will be used to provide the real estate services you have requested, inform you about changes in them and evaluate the quality of the service we provide. For the aforementioned purposes, we need to obtain the following data: Personal Identification Data, Patrimonial Data, Financial Data and Supporting Documents to grant the provision of the Advisory, Promotion, Mediation, Information and Management service for the rental or sale of your property, requested by You.

You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose the processing thereof or revoke the consent you have given me for such purpose, through a free written communication, where you indicate the ARCO right you intend to exercise, duly signed by you, addressed to the undersigned and delivered to the address above, attaching a copy of identification and address where you must receive the communicated response. The responsible will communicate to the holder, within a maximum period of twenty days, counted from the date on which the request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition was received, the determination adopted, in order that, if it is appropriate, it becomes effective within fifteen days from the date on which the response is communicated. In the case of requests for access to personal data, the delivery shall be made upon proof of the identity of the applicant or legal representative, as the case may be. The aforementioned deadlines may be extended once for an equal period, provided that the circumstances of the case so justify, such communication will take effect 15 days after its receipt.

Likewise, we inform you that your personal data will not be transferred to persons other than the undersigned and likewise we inform you that we do not collect sensitive personal data, we also inform you that we do not send any communications and promotions other than the professional service requested. In that sense, your information may be shared only with various authorities or government agencies, Notaries for the purpose of carrying out the professional service requested. If you do not express your opposition to the processing of your personal data under the terms of this agreement, it will be understood that you have given your consent to it.
